All DVDs of “Futbol fanatico” are pressed (not burned). Accordingly the DVDs are identically and have higher quality. Pressing factory and film makers have tested the DVD on divers DVD players.
BASICALLY: The DVD is provided with a menu and copy protected. Accordingly the DVD is a high demanding memory technical product. We can not rule out that a DVD player gets a problem with playing. This is not meaning that “cheap players” are concerned. In early DVD production times the most technical and expensive players were indicators, if DVDs would be played.
If a DVD will not be accepted by one player please test with other players or personal computers. In case you have no success please contact us per e-mail.
ATTENTION: After starting the main feature FUTBOL FANATICO the screen will be black for a short moment. There is a reason for it: This is part of the movie! Don’t be nervously!
In case of a reasoned complaint the DVD (complete with both DVDs) should be sent to us 10 days after delivery latest. In case of a damage at the DVD you will receive a new one. Please accept that it is not possible to cancel the purchasing of the DVD if the DVD is fully functional and the DVD player is the “problem”.
The DVD has a short movie in the menu, which will be replayed by a loop. After playing once there is a short interruption of one second (due to technical reasons) before starting new. This is NO mistake.
Purchaser of the “Private Premium Edition” will find an attached burned limited bonus DVD. Please take in account that burned DVDs will not be played by every DVD player. As this bonus DVD will not be bought but given away for free this DVD can not be exchanged.
However: There is not one DVD of „Futbol fanatico“ where we have found a damage. And we are sure that there will be no one damaged DVD.
